"Give us this day our daily bread."
(Matthew 6:11 - KJV)

I love to toast my bread. What about you?
Lesson 3. Peace.
We should not worry about our daily bread.
Piece of Bread
Not only does God know who we are and what we need; He also knows how much we need. Read Psalms 37:25.
"I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." (Psalms 37:25 - KJV)
The recommendation in the model prayer in the Matthew 6 is for "daily" bread. How often do we run ahead of God worrying about the future rather than trusting Him in the moment?
Peace of Mind
When we rely on the faithfulness of God and begin to claim His promises for our lives, we will have peace of mind, now. Read Philippians 4:6-7.
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 - KJV)
Who knows? The answer to your prayer for daily bread may just be peace of mind and not a piece of bread!🙏🏾🙏🏾
