Colette Guthrie is a devoted Christian and loving wife who embodies the spirit of generosity, sharing her time, talents, and resources with those in need. With a deep commitment to mercy, she seeks to positively impact the lives of others.
Despite a demanding career as an accountant, Colette remains actively involved in various behind-the-scenes ministries. She serves as the Chairperson of the Leadership Council of FAST Missions, an international Christian organization dedicated to practical discipleship and scripture memorization. Additionally, she volunteers as a coach and group leader at FAST, fostering growth and community among participants.
A passionate student of the Bible, Colette enjoys uncovering insights and sharing the meaningful revelations she finds with those around her. In November 2022, she embarked on a Bible Intensive, dedicating herself to reading one chapter a day from the book of Proverbs and applying its teachings to her life. This transformative experience led her to discover numerous gems of wisdom that she felt compelled to share.
Inspired by her journey through Proverbs, Colette created a blog where she documents her findings and insights, which ultimately culminated in her first book, Wise Words for Everyday Living. Through her writing, she aims to inspire others to seek wisdom and apply it in their everyday lives.
